Paralegal, IP Litigation The candidate will support the delivery of quality legal services to clients. Responsibilities will include completing technical and clerical tasks that require accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong written and oral interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency. Organizing and compiling relevant data and materials. Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing documents. Drafting memos, correspondence, and legal documents. Cite-checking and fact-checking legal documents. Assisting with court filings and e-filings. Communicating effectively with attorneys and clients regarding factual and organizational issues. Providing assistance to others in all aspects of IP litigation, focusing primarily on the organization and indexing of case materials. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background. Must have 2+ years of IP Litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Should have flexibility with work schedule and have excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills. Must have the capability to become familiar with the procedures, terminology and documents relating to litigation and investigations. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Strong time-management skills are required.
