Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation The candidate will assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, responding to client requests, drafting correspondence, and interfacing with clients. Will be dependable with a positive attitude and the ability to work with both attorneys and clients. Know how to e-file and e-serve documents. Know how to request and order medical records and affidavits. Order, and review medical records and bills. Prepare cases for the litigation process, such as scheduling deadlines, hearing, and trial dates. Organize and manage files from referring attorneys. Prepare cases for trial. File the appropriate documents with the court and serve the opposing parties. Assist the attorney with case management. Should have 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury Litigation cases. Must have 2+ years of handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases. Must be organized, pay close attention to details, and be tech-savvy. Bilingual preferred.
