Patent Legal Assistant/ Patent Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in preparing and filing of U.S. patent applications including provisional, non-provisional, Paris convention, and national stage applications. Corresponding with clients regarding the status of applications and patents, including reporting office actions. Preparing responses to Notice to File Missing Part. Preparing and filing Information Disclosure Statements. Attending to the payment of issue fees. Entering time into our billing system. Should have some experience. Proficiency with Word is required. Knowledge of Worldox is a plus.
