Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include: Interaction with law enforcement, medical providers, opposing counsel, courts and insurance companies; Research and collection of documents in response to requests from outside counsel; Produce current, accurate records of documents; Maintain litigation calendar, brief/issue bank and other topical files; Maintain pleadings and other litigation files. Must have four-year college degree or 5+ years of personal litigation work experience. Should have 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience through verdict phase in both state and federal personal injury cases.
