Litigation Paralegal The candidate will drafting/editing legal documents. Will do Legal research. Conduct client interviews. Electronic document management. Meet all pre-lit and court deadlines. Draft legal correspondence. Assist with discovery, motions, and responses to motions. must have Certificate of Paralegal Studies OR Minimum Associate's Degree. Trial Prep Experience (trial binders, deposition indexes) are essential. Technologically Literate are required. Must have 3-5 Years of Experience with Litigating in a Similar Field. Knowledge of TRCP & FRCP are essential.Knowledge of court systems for civil cases are required. Bilingual preferred.
