Pre-Litigation Paralegal Duties: Requesting medical records, liens, police reports, etc. Medical Document review. Initial Client Intake & Sign-Ups. Opening New Files. Reporting claims to insurance companies. Speaking with clients and insurance companies and working with lien holders. Client Updates. Obtaining medical & lien balances. Compromising Medical bills and liens. Reading and Responding to all emails in a timely fashion. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Proven, actual and current experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation. Dependable with respect to attendance & punctuality. Excellent organizational skills. Extreme attention to detail. Telephone Skills. Verbal Communication Skills. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.
