Legal Secretary - Corporate The candidate responsible: for preparing, revising and redlining documents; creating, copying and mailing correspondence to clients and government agencies; organizing and mailing closing binders; preparing and assisting in commercial, financing, merger and acquisition closings; calendaring; entering time; processing expense reimbursements; maintaining tickler systems and other duties as needed. Must have 2-5 years' experience in a law firm, excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are also a must, as are the ability to work independently and take initiative. In addition, must have proficient knowledge of Outlook and Word. Knowledge of FileSite (dms) and Aderant (time entry and expense reimbursement) are a plus. High School diploma required, Bachelor s degree preferred.
