Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for the criminal defense and personal injury law firm. Excellent organization, research, and writing skills required. Legal fact and basic legal research. Draft settlement demand letters and pleadings, as well as general correspondence. Assist with case management. Maintain communication with clients, courts, insurers, and opposing counsel. Draft, organize, and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Bachelors Degree with Paralegal Certification; or 2 year Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Excellent writing, research, and analytic skills required.
