Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation. Will be drafting petition support letters. Maintaining correspondence with clients and collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients. Conducting case audits. Corresponding with government officials. Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions. Assisting with special projects, as necessary. The candidate should have four year college degree. Must preferably have 1+ year or more of U.S. business immigration experience, but entry level candidates will also be considered. Must preferably possess experience preparing a full range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients. Strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills are required.
