Immigration Paralegal The candidate will work within an automated and systematized structure to assist in various components, both pre and post filing, of various case types, including those on a humanitarian track. Follow directions while exercising independent judgment and working together as part of a team. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in immigration is required. Experience in preparing and filing I-485s, I-360s, I-130s, FOIAS, I-914s is required. Spanish skills are required.
