Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join law firm with practice areas include commercial and intellectual property litigation in state and federal court, corporate law and transactions, trademark registrations and prosecution, and regulatory compliance. Should have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, including business and intellectual property litigation, in state and federal court. The firm is seeking a paralegal who can hit the ground running, requires minimal supervision, and who also thrives as part of a team. Additional qualifications include a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience. Duties will include calendaring, propounding and responding to discovery, online court filings, assisting attorneys in the drafting of motions and oppositions and trial preparation.
