Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform legal and regulatory research and analysis for attorneys, including review of local rules and cite checks of briefs, pleadings, and appellate filings. Conduct document reviews for responsive and privileged records; organize and coordinate document productions, including preparation of privilege, redaction, and production logs. Draft litigation documents for review and use by attorneys. Assist with communications to clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and courts. Prepare, organize, and file litigation documents and correspondence. Conduct legal research. Update and maintain internal databases; collect data and prepare reports and summaries. Organize documents for attorney review and case preparation. Prepare for and attend depositions, including organization and management of exhibits. Excellent command of verbal and written communications, including proofreading and editing skills required. Strong analytical skills required. Knowledge and experience in litigation practice areas required. Advanced software skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Superior organizational and project management skills; preferred candidates will have past experience managing large volumes of electronic databases and paper files, including document collections and productions in eDiscovery software (e.g. Relativity) required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree with a certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited program required. Should have 5-10 years of experience.
