Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist attorneys with drafting complaints and initial case filing; Assist attorneys with propounding & responding to discovery; Calendar deadlines, set up depositions; Maintain communication with clients, experts, doctors, etc. Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in PI litigation; Strong written communication; Knowledge of California civil procedure and local rules; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Type at 60+ WPM. Great time management and multi-tasking skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
