Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate must have 5+ years of recent litigation legal secretary experience required. Some post-secondary education preferred. Should have Superior computer skills (strong typing) and technical knowledge as well as excellent analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize (time management), precise knowledge of court forms, filing procedures and legal calendaring also required. Should be proficient use of Word, State and Federal e-Filing, PACER, and eDocs (Hummingbird) document management system required. Must be highly proficient in maintaining case files digitally in Firm database; the office is 90% paperless. Knowledge of additional computer software programs a plus (PowerPoint, Excel). Should be reliable, with good tenure at other firms. Must be able to pass a background check and have excellent references.
