Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Should have solid knowledge pleadings, discovery, and trial prep; fully familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and ERISA reporting and lien reimbursement procedures; Familiarity using Medicare Portal to identify and dispute claims; Experience closing out cases including general releases, hold harmless agreements, lien resolution, workers compensation, ability to compute disbursements and distribution. College grad or paralegal certificate, excellent typing, transcription and computer skills. WordPerfect required, Quickbooks is a plus.
