Litigation Paralegal for Law Office (Trust & Estate/Probate Litigation) The candidate must have a College degree/paralegal certificate. Should have experience and knowledge in Trust & Estate/Probate Litigation; Federal/State/District/Local Court rules/procedures (Judicial Council forms/CA fast track); Research (LexisNexis/Examiner Notes/PACER/CEB Essential Forms).;eFiling all courts (ECF/OneLegal/submit); obtain ROA documentation. Table of authorities and contents, bookmarking exhibits; binding/delivery to court; Trial Preparation (briefs, binders, exhibits); Coordinate local and out of County court reporters, hearings, and depositions; LTD forms/benefits updates for clients; Word, Excel, Clio, and Outlook. Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The ability to work independently and within a team. Prioritize workload and manage workflow effectively.
