Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support multiple attorneys and responsibilities will include drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses. Support multiple attorneys with responsibilities such as: Drafting demand letters, Drafting pleadings, Drafting discovery responses and correspondence with courts, Legal research, Trial preparation. Other assigned duties as required. Requirements: Paralegal certification. Must have 2+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. A collection litigation background is preferred. Type 50+ WPM. Strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Attention to Detail. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
