Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare litigation documents, including discovery, motion and trial documents. Will organize and maintain case materials using traditional and electronic document management systems. Conduct research and gather information using general and legal research tools. Assist attorneys and other paralegals with filing pleadings, motions and other documents electronically. Other responsibilities as attorney and client needs dictate. Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is needed. Should have 2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal. Experience with E-discovery and case management software is needed. Working knowledge of litigation procedures and local, state and Federal court rules is needed. Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills are needed. Analytical and critical thinking skill is needed. Excellent organization and prioritization skills of multiple assignments under tight deadlines is needed. Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, timekeeping software and internet research skill is needed.
