Commercial And Employment Litigation Attorney - Associate The candidate role will involve all phases of a busy employment and commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on financial services clients. Types of matters will include restrictive covenant, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duties and trade secrets, general commercial litigation matters and government investigation. Should have 3+ years of commercial or employment litigation, preferably with some experience defending banks and lenders. PA bar is required, NJ preferred.
