Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in the firm's Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation practice group. Will manage and lead all supportive aspects for a busy litigation practice, including federal and state court filings, case files, discovery, depositions and trial preparation for litigation cases. Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials. Manage case files and matter documents through e-Rooms and docketing systems. Ensure filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein. Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas. Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms, e.g., Relativity, Concordance, etc. Prepare for and attend depositions and trials. Should preferably have 5+ years of litigation experience in a large law firm. Experience preparing for and attending depositions and trials is required. Should have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, particularly with case files/document management.
