Immigration Paralegal The candidate will answer incoming calls, assist with initial client intakes. Will schedule and organize meetings and appointment. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Update documents, create folders and provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying. Conduct legal research, draft legal papers and other documents for business immigration cases. Should be LL.M. or JD degree graduate. Should have 1+ year of experience in residential real estate, specifically closing cases. Must preferably be bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Previous related experience is a plus.
