Paralegal - Residential Real Estate The candidate will prepare closing statement for closing. Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of purchase and sale process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings. Prepare closing documents for clients. Should have 2+ years of Residential closing/settlement experience. Notary Public license is a plus.
