Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist in a legal filing, ordering medical records and bills, drafting discovery, and scheduling depositions/mediations. Should preferably have 2-5 years of experience in personal injury. A bachelor's degree is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, individually and as part of a team is needed. Must have attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep and meet deadlines. Should have excellent communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Needles software is required. Spanish Speaker preferred.
