Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle case load while maintaining high level of productivity. Meet assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to lawyers. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team. Should have 2-year degree. 3+ years of immigration experience is required. Must have experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L, O and E s. Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas and client processes is crucial. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are desired.
