Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and 6+ years of experience. Should have experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records. Large-scale multi-party litigation is desired.
