Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform duties include : Directly assist attorney in all litigation matters; Draft answers to discovery & other pleadings; Assist Attorneys with E-filing; Request medical records, bills, and affidavits; Preparing Trial binders.Preferred Paralegal Certificate (achieved or currently achieving). Should have ability to perform under strict deadlines with the goal of aggressively moving our litigation and pre-litigation docket forward.Experience of 3 years (Preferred).
