Immigration ParaLegal Duties: Gathering and reviewing documentation received from clients. Reviewing and strategizing new and potential cases. Communicating regularly with clients - to request documentation, answer questions, explain procedural processes etc.. Drafting petitions, applications and support letters. Managing and tracking multiple cases and timelines simultaneously with the ability to provide updates to Supervisor, and clients. Participating in client acquisition. Remaining up-to-date with changing regulations, relevant procedures, and laws.
Qualifications: BA or BS Degrees, and/or equivalent. 3+ years of US business immigration experience (preparing applications and petitions). Stellar customer service skills and intrinsic motivation. Knowledge of requirements for various US business visas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong english vocabulary. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize. Naturally, outstanding attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.
