Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Obtain, review, and analyze discovery documents, including medical records and financial records, tax and employment records, or any other relevant information to support clients claims. Prepare attorneys for hearings and trial by preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and identifying relevant information. Manage a docket of approximately 40 litigation cases from filing until settlement or trial. Coordinate and communicate with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts. Calendar, track, and meet all discovery and case management deadlines. Generate and track case status reports. Respond timely to client inquiries and requests for status. Draft responses to discovery. Prepare case management orders and non-substantive motions. Coordinate and track the exchange of documents between the firm and experts. Schedule hearings and depositions. Should have 5+ years experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
