Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years current Arizona commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts. Being a self-starter and able to hit the ground running to assist attorneys with every aspect of commercial litigation required. Preparation of pleadings, correspondence, scheduling depositions, propounding discovery, etc. required. Performing intensive document privilege reviews as well as possess large volume document management skills required. Experience in filing documents in multiple courts required. Assisting with deposition and trial preparation required. Possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. Ability to take ownership of projects required. Experience using various litigation software including, Eclipse SE, Relativity, Trial Director, Adobe, Westlaw and related programs required.
