Helping attorneys to resolve pre-litigation cases efficiently and exceptionally for clients. We accomplish this as a team adhering to our promises to each other and clients. Draft Demand Letters. Read, research, and investigate incident reports in order to establish fault and liability with applicable state laws. Read and Interpret Medical Records in order to identify diagnoses, ICD Codes, CPT Codes, etc. Calculate Special and General Damages including pain and suffering, lost wages, and out-of-pocket expenses. Collect necessary information and items such as pictures, receipts, and pay stubs from clients in order to substantiate damages claims. Submit and Utilize Medical Payments Coverage Claims when available. Research and Investigate cases to establish liability and draft letters to establish clear liability when contested by adverse parties. Build and maintain Final Accounting Files, accounting for every billed charge and lien and updating it with their current status. Submitting and negotiating reduction requests on clients liens and balances due to providers. Take potential new client phone calls to gather facts and relay information to attorneys for evaluation. Manage Medicare claims for clients via the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal. Maintain the company vehicle through regular maintenance and upkeep. Draft Letters of Representation and Records and Billing Requests as needed. Convert Diagnostic Imaging Results from providers' proprietary software to Firm-compatible file types. NALA Certification or NFPA Registration highly desired, advanced certification in Real Estate a bonus. Experience with business organizations transactions a plus. 5 years transactional real estate experience with recent, heavy title & survey review experience in a law firm setting. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires strong attention to detail. Requires self-motivation. Requires the ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere. Requires the ability to multi-task independently under deadlines . Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule.
