Draft and file transactional documents, including entity formations, resolutions, dissolutions, minutes, name changes, etc. Perform litigation and business history searches. Create and follow internal checklists. Supervise clerical staff who assist with various tasks. Oversee recording and monitor deadlines through tracking systems. Perform other duties as required. The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in paralegal or legal studies from regionally accredited college or university (exemplary experience may be substituted for this requirement). NALA Certification or NFPA Registration highly desired, advanced certification in Real Estate a bonus. Experience with business organizations transactions a plus. Must have 5+ years of transactional real estate experience with recent, heavy title & survey review experience in a law firm setting.
