Paralegal Litigation The candidate responsibilities include: subpoenas, authorizations, scheduling of IME s and depositions, expert research, management of discovery in civil cases, trial preparation and other tasks as required. Support multiple attorneys in a Civil Litigation Defense practice. Should have 5+ years of experience. Experience with Insurance Defense support is preferred. Knowledge of legal processes in the DC, MD and VA region is a plus. Demonstrate creative thinking, strong research skills, superior verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with internet-based resources such as LexisNexis. Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
