Temporary Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work directly under one of the firm partners who specializes in the scientific/ medical aspects of mass tort litigations and MDLs. Duties will include: preparing and drafting certain legal papers, requesting documents and medical records, electronic filing legal papers at various courts, meeting and speaking with expert witnesses and their staff, organizing exhibit lists, conducting medical and other research, assisting the partner as needed at meetings, depositions, and trial, as well as performing other assorted office needs and requirements. Legal experience is a plus. Any experience with TrialWorks and/ or EndNote software a plus.
