Immigration Paralegal The candidate will participate in all aspects of the firms Business Immigration and growing Global Mobility practice, including working closely with attorney in case review and analysis, preparing drafts and filing final employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1,L-1, E-1/E 2, I-140 EB1 and EB2, I-526, PERM Labor Certification, J-1 Waivers Petitions. Assist with management of client relationships. The candidate have Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of progressive business immigration experience. 2-5 years of experience and training in various immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications required. Must have solid experience preparing complex business visa filings and working with multiple attorneys. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work independently as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able to communicate diplomatically and effectively in writing and verbally in both languages. Additional language skills a plus.
