Legal Secretary-Litigation The candidate will be answering telephone calls, new client intakes/interviews, tracking all incoming leads, calendaring litigation/discovery due dates, scheduling appointments, legal file maintenance, document file organization and indexing, ordering client records, drafting correspondence and legal documents, scanning and closing files, assisting attorneys and paralegal, and other staff members, and other various clerical duties. Must have 2+ years administrative/secretarial experience. Legal administrative and secretarial experience is a plus. Proficiency in multi-tasking, word processing, oral communication, reading, writing, and organizational skills necessary. Spanish language fluency or proficiency a plus.
