Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be paralegals with experience or have an associate degree in paralegal studies. Should have experience in litigation, specifically worker's compensation, insurance defense, personal injury, commercial motor vehicle accident litigation and/or premises liability. Will work with in-house insurance company attorneys and adjusters; draft defenses to allegations, motions and orders, and general correspondence; review and analyze depositions of witnesses and experts; review and analyze discovery documents; and assist with trial preparation. Should have experience with analyzing medical records and excellent research and writing skills are a plus. Should have 3 years' Paralegal experience.
