Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Drafting/editing legal documents. Legal research. Conduct client interviews. Electronic document management. Meet all pre-lit and court deadlines. Draft legal correspondence. Assist with discovery, motions, and responses to motions. Maintain attorney calendar. Provide clients with updates. All other paralegal duties. Must have Certificate of Paralegal Studies OR Minimum Associate's Degree. Should have Trial Prep experience (trial binders, deposition indexes, etc.). Technologically Literate. Should have 3-5 years of experience with Litigating First-Party Insurance Disputes. Must have knowledge of TRCP & FRCP. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of court systems for civil cases required.
