Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will handle phone calls, Prepare & File Petitions in CM/ECF. Using Next Chapter or Best Case. Working with Chapter 7 & 13 Trustees, 341 meetings, confirmation hearings, motion for relief hearings. TRCC Modifications, Conduit modifications, mortgage modifications. Filing responses to motions for relief. Resolving objections to confirmations and claims. Obtaining letter agreements Should have 2+ years experience with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings. Must be organized. Must have familiar with the e-filing system of CM/ECF. Paralegal License is preferred.
