Civil Litigation / Corporate Formation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience. Must be experienced in civil litigation and corporate formation. Should have a mastery over docketing and scheduling; and have experience with drafting motions/complaints, articles of organization, corporate minutes, compiling discovery requests and responses. Should be comfortable interacting with court staff, have a knowledge of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, and be adept in the courts electronic filing systems and MS Office programs. Knowledge of TABS time keeping software is a plus.
