Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do legal facts and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. eDiscovery platform knowledge. Should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Should have 2+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Federal litigation experience (preferably criminal). be responsible for assisting the attorney in all stages of litigation matters. Should feel comfortable conducting research, organizing discovery on an e-discovery platform, preparing case files for trial, use of trial technology, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
