Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include: draft correspondence and legal documents; create, organize, and maintain case and correspondence files; perform legal research and prepare legal memoranda; file legal documents at federal and state courts using PACER/ECF, OneLegal, or equivalent state court systems; prepare for upcoming trials; manage accounts receivable/payable; and otherwise assist attorneys. BS/BA degrees is preferred. Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs is also required. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Abacus, Abacus Accounting and Billing, Quicken, and QuickBooks is desired. Technical expertise with all types of computer peripherals is preferred. Mastery of the English language is required. Should preferably have 3+ years of legal experience.
