Legal Secretary - Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Candidate will assist the attorneys of this particular practice group with all areas of litigation. Will compose various legal documentation including pleadings, discovery, and draft correspondence. Candidate must have High school or equivalent with 2 years' civil litigation experience (specifically insurance defense); be dependable; able to multi-task; pay attention to detail; be self-motivated; have excellent organization, written and verbal skills; and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Above average writing skills a must and experience in summarizing medical records and depositions a plus.
