Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should have 3+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience. Must have experience with drafting expert witness designations, voir dire instructions, motions, pre-trial scheduling orders, complaints, subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum. Experience in liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation is required. Experience in filing pleadings in state and federal courts, court of appeals, Supreme Court is needed. should have experience with complex, high volume cases. Must have experience with case management system.
