Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Prepare legal documents; File documents with courts; Compose routine correspondence; Proofread and correct materials for grammar, spelling, and punctuation; Maintain calendars for assigned attorneys; Maintain client filing for assigned attorneys; Make edits to prebills in billing software. 5 + years of experience as a litigation secretary, insurance defense preferred. Excellent typing and computer skills required. Experience with a document management program, iManage preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills required. A general knowledge of the rules of civil procedure required. Familiarity with legal billing software, preferred.
