Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys directly with family-based petitions, consular process, and preparing waivers, court filings, with minimal supervision. Will prepare relief applications, work with clients in gathering supporting documents, prepare and organize documents, and work with attorneys in keeping track of National Visa Center deadlines, immigration court filing deadlines and ensuring they are met. Must be able to take on a heavy caseload, be bilingual in Spanish/English, be organized, be reliable, have good verbal and written communication skills, be a fast learner, be able to easily follow directions, be able to comply with strict deadlines, have excellent memory and pay incredible attention to detail. Spanish language is needed.
