Litigation Paralegal The candidate will begin the transitional process of assuming the responsibilities of a litigation paralegal. The transition process will require 6 - 8 months to complete as it involves a very large docket of mostly personal injury cases. Perform lower level tasks and take instruction from the senior paralegal throughout the transition. This is the lead position on a team that supports multiple attorneys. Should have a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited University or program and 3+ years of law firm experience in a paralegal role. Experience of 3 years in Paralegal is preferred. Must be a highly motivated individual, extremely organized, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision as well as accept instruction.
