Litigation Paralegal The candidate Duties include: Set up and organize files. Draft and prepare of Summans and Complaints. Draft and prepare Bills of Particulars. Draft and prepare all Discovery Demands and Responses. Request and follow through obtaining all Hospital and Doctors records. Draft and prepare Motions. Interact with clients. Work closely and assist attorneys on day-to-day case management of files. Familiar with Motion Practice and Calendar. Should have 2-4 years of experience. Should be experienced at least 2 years with Plaintiff Litigation. Medical Malpractice experience would also be extremely helpful. Assisting head paralegal, attorneys and partners in litigation process from inception to completion of trial and/or settlement. Experience in New York State and Federal Court procedures. Experienced with administration papers would be a plus.
