Paralegal - Construction & Litigation The candidate involves document review, document management, incoming and outgoing productions, and research related to document recordings and prior cases. Should have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program. Should have 5+ years of experience within a Litigation Department and with experience providing trial support in a trial and/or arbitration setting. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Should have strong ability to handle a diverse and large case load; excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems; self-motivated, determined and able to work under own initiative. Should be confident, competent and flexible, and while experienced will be excited to learn and grow with the team.
