Corporate Paralegal - Entry Level Candidate will work directly with attorneys and clients during closings and corporate transactions; have responsibility for ongoing assignments with specific clients and attorneys; and assist attorneys with preparing corporate documents. Will be involved as team members, providing key assistance to the transaction teams to which they are assigned.
Candidate must be graduating senior with a stellar academic record. Must be interested in getting hands-on experience in a law firm. Ideal for grads who plan to attend law school as well as those interested in a career as a paralegal. 4 year college degree. Someone that exhibits leadership skills with a detail-oriented mindset; ability to adapt to new situations and work well in a team environment with a helpful attitude; the ability to maintain confidential information, exercise good judgment, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
