Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to Probate and Litigation attorneys. Will perform a variety of legal and administrative duties. The work requires knowledge of the litigation process, in addition to secretarial and office practices. Must possess a high level of organization, oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work with a team, adaptability, ability to take initiative and use own judgment, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, dependability and confidentiality. Generate legal documents and correspondence. E-filing. Complete court preparation and follow up. Calendar management. Handle client calls and email. A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred. Paralegal Certificate preferred. 3 years of law firm experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
