Real Estate Finance Staff Attorney The candidate must have 2 years of experience. Must hold a Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's Bar. Must have experience with commercial real estate transactions, is well-versed in title, survey and lease review, can independently review and analyze complex due diligence, and has proficiency maintaining checklists and drafting basic loan documents.
